All of our buildings:
- are built on pressure-treated 4″x4″ skids, either 12″ or 16″ on center
- have LP Prostruct Flooring with Smartfinish
- have an aluminum seal
- have studs that are 16″ on center walls & rafters
- have LP TechShield Radiant Barrier on the walls
- have seamless gable ends
- have LP ProStruct Roof Sheathing with SilverTech
- have a double top plate (To assist intersection walls in locking together for roof truss load support.)
- have synthetic felt paper
- have GAF 30-year warranty shingles (unless you opt for Metal)
- have a color-matching drip edge
- have LP Trim on corners, and around the doors & windows
- have 6″ Black Decorative Hinges (unless otherwise specified)
- have a locking T-handle
- have Gable Vents on each end
- have a choice of window color (white or black)
We use Sherwin-Williams exterior paint on all our buildings. These are our 2025 Colors!
