A security deposit of one (1) months rent is required.
Yoder Barns does not insure the contents of the units. Most homeowners insurance covers the belongings in self-storage. Check with your insurance provider to verify.
It is your responsibility to let us know when you are finished with the unit.
Upon notification, Yoder Barns will check to ensure that all items have been taken from storage.
Your rent will be pro-rated and returned with your deposit.
